SHS AND Co was set up at the beginning of 2004, providing a research-led property consultancy specialising in site selection and the negotiation & acquisition of land and building for future developments.

We specialise in the provision of both affordable and private residential developments.  Our focus is predominately North and East London although we often have specific requirements for other areas within London and the Home Counties.

SHS AND Co have strong working relationships with all key stakeholders within the industry.  Our clients, advisors, architects and planning consultants have been instrumental in the provision of modern developments within London over the last decade.
